How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 business day, and orders placed before 5 PM ship the same business day. Delivery takes 6 to 12 business days anywhere in the US, and your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your package leaves. Standard tracked shipping is $6.90. Expedited is $14.90.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your 30 days count from the day your bracelets arrive. Email Mia at contact@myplentia.com with your order number and the reason. She replies within 48 business hours with return instructions. Once your bracelets are back with us, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping is on you, unless your order arrived damaged or wrong.
Will it fit my wrist?
Yes, it's one size. The cord is soft and stretchy: roll it on past your knuckles and it sits snug at the wrist. No clasp to fumble with.
